| Maine cross country skiing at Barnes Brook Ski center will be open for the 2011-2012 ski season as soon as we get snow. We are close to Howland, Enfield, Lincoln, Passadumkeag, Lagrange, Sebois, Chester and we are 30 minutes from Bangor and 20 minutes from Old town, Orono, and Medway Barnes Brook cross country ski facility was open during the winter of 2008-2009. We have a restaurant with bathrooms for your comfort. Over half of the trails are through out the woods. We are currently adding 9 km to the already 11 km of ski trails we have and hope to have them open winter 11-12. We groom all of our trails. Some trails have a classic cross country ski track set and others have space for Nordic skate skiing. We do not have ski rentals at this time We are looking for people interested in starting a ski club as well as give ski lessons . Please feel free to contact us with any ideas. Daily Rates are $5.00 per person Children 10 and under ski free Season Passes available Single $45 Couple $75 Family $95 season pass includes all the skiing you can do including the full moon skiing and a 10% discount at the restaurant. |
